Grief Encounter raises over £30,000 from its third annual Forget-Me-Not walk, with 500 participants coming together across the world to remember the death of someone special and raise funds to support bereaved children and their families.

Tony Beare, Trustee of Grief Encounter, steps down from his role after joining the board in 2019. Having seen the charity through unprecedented times and supported our work as we have adapted to the changing world, Tony now leaves to pursue other projects.

At the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Seoul-based DeepBrain AI showcased re;memory, a software that can use machine learning to process images, audio recordings and video footage of recently deceased people to create a virtual version that can interact with the living, as if on a video call.
